What's So Special About Virginia?

Did you know that of the first five American Presidents, Virginia contributed four? Historically, Virginia is a powerhouse giving us George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe. It also provided the first permanent settlement of the colonies, Jamestown. George Mason provided the prototype for the United States Constitution by the model of the Virginia Constitution, and the Civil War was ended on Virginia soil.

I'm happiest when I'm with my people!

I'm a proud naturalized Egyptian American citizen, and I'm also so proud to be a Virginian, living and having raised my children in this great state of ours. One of my hopes in this blog is to whet your appetite for the greatness of this land we call home. We are truly a blessed people and I aim to spread that truth loud and clear.
